"Old ghosts were laid to rest, as a deep inner confidence fought its way to the fore; turning the page to my next chapter".

"I was very lucky to be Tracey’s first participant on her 1:1 coaching retreat. Not only was it a massive compliment to be offered the opportunity, but it was a chance to throw caution to the wind and grab the whole experience with two hands. I literally had absolutely no idea what to expect, so I went to Devon with an open mind & a willingness to listen, share, learn and reframe. I’m in a phase of life when I am saying ‘yes’ to new ideas!

Day 1 - The Deep Dive.

Oh my word!! Dark, cobweb filled corners of my life story had self-directed spotlights shone on them as tales came pouring out in response to Tracey’s carefully crafted questions. It was an exhausting day (for us both), with lots of tears and laughter along the way. Old ghosts were laid to rest while positive influences were acknowledged, celebrated and carried forward, and a deep inner confidence fought its way to the fore.

Day 2 - The Future.

My challenge experience, which started the day, was off-roading in a brand new Landrover Defender (no pressure).

Again, I did not know what to expect but it was the most amazing experience! Summative reflective thoughts include ‘slow and steady wins the race’, ’trust your inner steel’ and ‘you don’t have to see the whole staircase, just to take the first step (Martin Luther King)’.

The afternoon session with Tracey was very forward looking and having explored the last of my limiting beliefs, these were quashed and reframed. Another exhausting but exhilarating day.

Day 3 - The Present.

This day set me up with a list of reading material, Ted Talks and Podcasts to help to embed all that I had learnt from my super-coach!

We debriefed, reflected, celebrated and enjoyed (reciprocally).

A pamper session (‘because I’m worth it’) in a beautiful setting topped off the day before I set off into the sunset for my next adventure (partying with my son in Plymouth!!).

Not only was the day about my present as a launch pad, but it very much felt like Tracey had given me a massive ‘present'. The ‘present' was turning the page to my next chapter.

If you are at a crossroads in your life that finds you here, whether in your career or personal life (or both), then you literally deserve Tracey’s input!

If you have the chance to book one of her coaching retreats then don’t even hesitate to say yes.

Do it!

Tracey is awesome; a lady with integrity, compassion, drive and determination… to help you.

I have gained a true friend from my experience and my journey will not be stopping here"
